This page explains how the personal data of visitors to jarbris.com is processed, under articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Who processes the data
The data controller is Quochi Tiziano, a sole proprietorship with registered address at Via D. Alighieri n. 1, 81034 Mondragone (CE), Italy — VAT number 04970050615. The remaining identification details are in the legal notice.

No Data Protection Officer has been appointed, as the conditions requiring one do not apply.
What data is processed
This site uses no analytics or audience-measurement tool. It collects no browsing data, does not count visits and does not profile its readers.
Technical connection data
As with any site reachable over the network, the hosting provider records the technical data needed to deliver the pages — including the IP address, the date and time of the request and the browser type. This data is not used to identify visitors and serves the security and operation of the service.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the site (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Email messages
The buttons on this site send nothing: they open the visitor's own mail application with a pre-filled message addressed to info@jarbris.com. The site does not see, collect or transmit any data. If you choose to send that message, your address and the content you wrote are processed in order to reply and, where the message is a waiting-list request, to notify you when the service becomes available.
Legal basis: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, and the legitimate interest in replying to those who write (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
Cookies
This site uses no cookies, neither its own nor third-party ones. It uses no profiling, hosts no advertising pixels and employs no other device storage technology (localStorage, sessionStorage or similar). For this reason no banner is shown: there is nothing to consent to.
Typefaces are hosted directly on this domain: displaying them involves no connection to any external service.
The site's entry page reads the language set in the browser in order to direct you to the corresponding language version. It is a read that happens on the device and ends there: the data is not collected, not transmitted and not stored.
The demonstration section of the home page contains text fields that reproduce the look of the product. They are purely illustrative: they collect and transmit nothing.
Who else has access
Data is neither disclosed nor sold to third parties. It is accessed only by the providers that make the site work, appointed as processors under art. 28 GDPR:
- Vercel Inc. — hosts the site and delivers its pages.
Email messages are handled through the mail service provider used by the controller.
Transfers outside the European Union
The hosting provider is established in the United States and the processing may involve a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfer takes place on the basis of the safeguards provided by Chapter V of the GDPR, including the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
How long it is kept
- Technical connection data: for the time necessary to the security and operation of the site.
- Messages received: for the time necessary to reply and, for waiting-list requests, until the service launches or until deletion is requested, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest (arts. 15-22 GDPR). Requests go to info@jarbris.com and receive a response within one month.
If you believe the processing infringes the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of your own country.

This notice may be updated when the tools used by the site change. The date at the top of the page indicates the most recent revision.
