What counts as one chat?: A chat covers up to 3 customer questions with their answers. A fourth question starts a new chat. Greetings and small talk are free, and the count works the same on widget, Instagram and Messenger.
What happens when I run out of chats?: We alert you at 80%. At the limit you can add a 100-chat pack ($12) or move up a plan.
Do replies I choose not to send count?: Yes: every reply the agent prepares uses one reply from the counter, even if you decide not to send it.
How does Flagship work with multiple stores?: Connect up to 3 stores: one carries the subscription, the others link at no cost. The 3,000 chats are a single shared counter.
How does the free trial work?: 7 days with everything unlocked (unlimited chats, 10 cart recoveries, 20 Store Brain cards). When it ends, billing for your plan starts unless you cancel.
